You can request deletion of your personal data or integration data associated with your account using the steps below.
How to Request Deletion
Send a data deletion request to support@theglobalwebs.com from the email linked to your account, including your company name and phone number or account identifier if available.
Meta and WhatsApp Data
For WhatsApp or Meta integrations, we will review messages or connected integration settings and delete or disconnect data as permitted by Meta policies and legal requirements.
Processing Time
We usually review deletion requests within 7 business days and may ask for additional information to verify account ownership.
Exceptions
Some records may be retained where required for legal, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
